Our company's policies.
For your booking confirmation we usually take 50% deposit to reserve a time/date slot for you. When your deposit is received, only then reservation is confirmed. You have up to 72 hours before picnic to make any changes (date/time/location/etc.) If you feel that weather isn't suitable for a picnic (wind/heat/etc.) we would be happy to reschedule it.
